Nowadays, the use of Complementary Health Approaches (CHA) is widespread. Most complementary health approaches fall into one of two subgroups—natural products or mind and body practices. These practices are frequently used by patients and nurses. Patients use CHA to avoid the unpleasant side effects of some drugs or because of the limitations of conventional medicine. Nurses use these methods as they relax with thoughts of patients. Our writing aimed to determine the use CHA of the patients and the nurses and draw attention to the perspectives and sources of information on these approaches.
