The effect of different nitrogen doses on yield and yield components of Basil (Ocimum basilicum L.) plant

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, farklı azot dozlarının (0, 3, 6, 9, 12 ve 15 kg da-1) reyhan (Ocimum basilicum L.) ‘ın verim ve verim öğeleri üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak Eskişehir ekolojik koşullarında 2019-2020 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada bitki boyu, taze herba verimi, taze ve kuru yaprak verimleri, uçucu yağ oranı ve uçucu yağ verimi incelenmiş, farklı azot dozlarının incelenen tüm parametrelerin üzerine etkisi önemli bulunmuştur. Deneme sonucunda (2019 ve 2020 yılları ortalaması) taze herba verimi, taze yaprak verimi, kuru yaprak verimi ve uçucu yağ verimi sırasıyla 748.00-1617.80 kg da-1, 449.55-1062.40 kg da-1, 89.76-166.63 kg da-1 ve 0.79-1.24 L da-1 arasında değişmiştir. Uçucu yağ oranları ise %0.72-0.88 arasında belirlenmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlar dikkate alındığında, Eskişehir ve benzer ekolojik koşullarda reyhan (Ocimum basilicum L.) yetiştiriciliğinde kuru yaprak üretimi için 12 kg da-1, uçucu yağ üretimi için ise 9 kg da-1 azot dozu tavsiye edilebilir.
