Bu çalışmada, sıvı çözeltilerden Saplı Meşe Quercus robur ssp. robur kabuklarından elde edilen ekstrakt kullanılarak bakır iyonlarının biyosorbsiyonu amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalar sonunda başlangıç biyosorbent miktarının, Cu II iyonu biyosorpsiyon miktarı üzerine etkili olduğu ve biyosorbent miktarının artışına bağlı olarak adsorpsiyon oranının arttığı belirlenmiştir. Biyosorpsiyon miktarı üzerinde, adsorbat dozu ve sürenin etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir. Adsorbat miktarı ve süre artıkça adsorplanan Cu II iyonu miktarının da anlamlı şekilde artış gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir p≤ 5 . En yüksek biyosorpsiyon verimi %67,14 olarak bulunmuştur
The objective of this study was to investigate the biosorption of Cu II ions from liquid solutions by using extracts of Handle Oak Quercus robur ssp. robur bark. The results of the study showed that the initial biosorbent amount was effective on the amount of biosorption of Cu II ions and the adsorption rate was increased, depending on the increase in bisorbet amount. Adsorbate dose and duration was found effective on the amount of biosorption. The amount of adsorbed Cu II ions was significantly increased with the increased adsorbate amount and duration p≤ 5 . The maximum biosorption efficiency was found as 67.14%
