Senkron Generatörlerde Farklı Stator Oluk Yapılarının Uç Gerilimine Etkisinin Sonlu Elemanlar Yöntemi ile Analizi

Öz

Senkron generatörlerin uluslararası
standartlarda kabul edilen kalitede AA gerilim üretebilmelerinde tasarım
aşamasında belirlenen stator ve rotorun mekanik yapısı büyük önem taşımaktadır.
Generatörlerde stator ve rotor arasındaki hava aralığında manyetik akı
yoğunluğu sinüzoidal olmalıdır. Ayrıca stator yapılarındaki olukların yerleşimi
ve sargı adımı gibi tasarım parametreleri üretilen gerilimin harmonik
bileşenlerini etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada elektromanyetik modelleme ile 16
kutuplu 400 Hz frekanslı 5 kVA anma güç değerinde bir senkron generatorün
stator oluk eğimi iki farklı yapıda Ansys-Maxwell/Rmxprt ile simule edilmiştir.
Böylece, 400 Hz generator için stator oluk yapısında mekanik düzenleme ile
çıkış filtre gereksinimlerini azaltan bir etki rapor edilmiştir.
