In the research, the scales of the Coach-Athlete Relationship and the Moral Decision Making Attitudes in youth sports were used as data collection tools. In the statistical analysis of the data; descriptive statistics, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Cronbach Alpha and hierarchical regression analysis were used. The sub-dimension of the youth athletes' age, sports age, and the original contribution of the time they worked with the trainer was significant, and adopting cheating sub-dimension (R = 0.278; R2 = 0.077; Adjusted R2 = 0.065; F(3-236) = 6.582; p <0.05) and the sub-dimension of affection for competition (R = 0.207; R2 = 0.043; Adjusted R2 = 0.031; F (3-236) = 3.538; p <0.05). In addition, it was determined that the original contribution of the trainer-athlete relationship was significant, affecting both the adoption of cheating and the affectionate affection sub-dimensions (p<0.05). Original contribution of the coach-athlete relationship was found to be highly significant within the model. (p<0.05). As a result; It has been determined that there is a positive linear relationship between the affinity sub-dimension, which expresses mutual respect, trust and value, between the coach and the athlete, and the sub-dimension of gaining fairly, which represents positive attitude and behavior in moral decision-making.
