The aim of this paper is to derive the analytical solution of the queue; M/M/2/k/N for tnachine interference system with balking, reneging and two heterogeneous repairmen. A modified queue discipline to the classical one FIFO is used with a more general condition. The steady-state probabilities and some measures of effectiveness are derived in explicit forms. Also sotne special cases are deduced
