Abstract

Combating crimes is one of the fundamental aims of all legal systems. In this article on the methods of combating crimes in the Islamic Law, first it is given place to the faith, worshipping and moral dimensions of combating crimes, and then it is concentrated on the roles of marriage, family, surroundings and education in taking measures against crimes. In the fallawing stage, the measures that are possible to take in combating crimes on the individual, ·social and administrational levels are given place. The article is ended with the part of conclusion in which some considerations and evaluations relating .the subject took place.

Öz

Suçla mücadele bütün hukuk sistemlerinin temel gayelerinden biridir. İslam Hukukunda Suçla Mücadele Yöntemlerinin konu edildiği bu makalede ilk olarak suçla mücadelenin inanç, ibadet ve ahlak [:ıoyutlarına yer verilmiş daha sonra evlilik, aile çevre ve eğitim unsurlarının suçla mücadeledeki rolleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Daha sonraki aşamada suçla mücadelede bireysel, toplumsal ve idari düzeyde alınabilecek somut tedbirlere ve son olarak da müeyyide yöntemine yer verilmiş­ tir. Makale, kanaat ve değerlendirmelerin yer aldığı sonuç kısmıyla noktalanmıştır.
