AKUT SEREBRAL VENÖZ SİNÜS TROMBOZU: FARKLI PRESENTASYONLA GELEN İKİ ÇOCUK OLGU
Öz
Çocuklarda akut serebral venöz sinüs trombozu nadir görülen durum olmasına karşın, sıklıkla enfeksiyonlara sekonder görülmektedir. Serebral venöz sinüs tromboz kliniği, etkilenen damarın lokalizasyonuna, damarın büyüklüğüne ve hastanın yaşına göre değişiklik gösterir. Bu yazıda 2 farklı presentasyonla karşımıza çıkan akut serebral venöz sinüs trombozlu, 8 ve 12 yaşında 2 çocuk olgu sunulmuştur.
