Sürdürülebilir Ekonomik Sipariş Miktarı Modeline Eleştirel Bir Bakış

Abstract

Harris tarafından 1913 yılında ilk önerildiği günden bugüne Ekonomik Sipariş Miktarı modeli temel ve etkin bir model olarak literatürde, endüstride ve ders kaynaklarında hak ettiği yeri edinmiştir. O günden bugüne çok farklı Ekonomik Sipariş Miktarı modelleri önerilmiştir. Dünya ekonomisi, endüstri ve bilimsel dünyanın son dönemdeki eğilimlerine bağlı olarak sürdürülebilir Ekonomik Sipariş Miktarı ve Ekonomik Üretim Miktarı modelleri önemli bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada sürdürülebilir bir Ekonomik Sipariş Miktarı modeli önerilmiş ve sipariş verme ve stokta tutma maliyeti, emisyon maliyeti, kusurlu ürünler, taşıma ve atık yok etme bileşenleri üzerinden bir model tasarlanmıştır. Modelin bileşenlerinin optimal çözüm üzerindeki etkileri analiz edilmiştir. Modelin çözümleri sembolik hesaplama ile elde edilmiştir.

A Critical Review at the Sustainable Economic Order Quantity Model

Abstract

Since it was first introduced by Harris in 1913, the Economic Order Quantity model has gained its deserved place in the literature, industry and course resources as a basic and effective model. Since then, many different Economic Order Quantity models have been proposed. Depending on the recent trends of the world economy, industry and scientific world, sustainable Economic Order Quantity and Economic Production Quantity models have become an important research problem. In this study, a sustainable Economic Order Quantity model is proposed and a model is designed based on ordering and holding cost, emission cost, defective products, transportation and waste disposal components. The effects of the components of the model on the optimal solution were analyzed. The solutions of the model are obtained by symbolic computation.
