Sabit mıknatıslı senkron motor Doğrudan sürüşlü asansör sistemleri Alüminyum sargı Enerji verimliliği
Nowadays, it is of great importance to research on the
development of less energy-consuming systems instead of inefficient systems
with high energy consumption in order to meet the rising energy demand. In
elevator systems becoming widespread day by day, direct drive is preferred with
permanent magnet synchronous motors capable with high moment density instead of
gear transmission in order to reduce energy consumption and make it more
efficient. However, the use of permanent magnets and feedback devices increases
the cost of these motors. In this study, it is aimed to reduce the cost of
permanent magnet synchronous motor by using aluminum windings instead of copper
windings. Both the copper-wound and aluminum-wound permanent magnet synchronous
motor models have been designed with the same output parameters and analyzed
with the RMxprt-Maxwell program. According to analysis results, both models
have been compared in terms of cost, volume, weight and efficiency. The
resulting cost reduction is proposed to increase the competitiveness of
elevator motor manufacturers.
