Information about article writing rules is given under the  Writting Rules segment on the main page.

The author guide has been prepared in order to inform the author(s) who wish to submit an article to the Eurasian Journal of Science Engineering and Technology (EJSET), about the process.

Before submitting an article to the EJSET, the author(s) should check the conformity of the article to the following issues.

Article: Each article should have English title and abstract at the beginning, and abstract should not exceed 250 words. Authors’ names should be written under the title of the article, and the institution, department and country information of the authors should be written under the authors' names. After the abstract, keywords should be given as minimum 3 and maximum 5 words. The article should include main headings such as Introduction, Material and method, Results and discussion, Conclusions and References.

Article Writing Rules and Article Template: Article Writting Rules and Article Template have been published on the journal's home page. In order for the article to be included in the evaluation processes in the journal, it must be prepared in accordance with the Article Writting Rules and Article Template.

Citations and References: In the EJSET, the citation writing format to be given in the text and the references writing format to be given under the references section should be prepared according to the article Writting Rules and Article Template.

Files to Upload: Evaluation Version of the manuscript, Manuscript Info and Refree Suggestion Form, The Commitment and Similarity Report files must be uploaded with the article file itself (manuscript). Similarity rate should be at most 20% for original research articles, 30% for review articles, and even within these limits, the similarity rate in a single reference should be at most 5%.

The author(s) follow the steps below to upload the article, after checking that the article is suitable for the EJSET.

If you are registered with DergiPark, login with your username and password from the link https://dergipark.org.tr/en/login.

In order to submit an article to EJSET, select Eurasian Journal of Science Engineering and Technology from the "My Journals" tab, click the "Submit Article" button from the three points on the right side of the journal and follow the steps below. In addition, the article submission process can be followed from the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OfAhRfQB-LQ&t=14s.

1) The mandatory fields (Article Type, Topics, Primary Language of Submission, Title, Keywords and Abstract) in the "Article Metadata" tab are filled and proceeds to the next step.

2) The person, who sent the article, is automatically added to the "Authors" tab as the Corresponding Author. If another author is to be added, the e-mail address of the author to be added is entered in the relevant field and the author screen opens when the "Add Author" button is clicked. When adding new authors, the corresponding author should use the e-mail addresses of the other authors’ DergiPark account. In the form that opens, mandatory information about the author (such as Rank, Country, Orcid and Institution) is filled and added. (If the author is not registered in the DergiPark system, the approval notification is sent to the added e-mail address, and the article is sent to the journal when the author accepts it.) After adding authors, proceeds to the next step.

3) Mandatory and additional files that must be uploaded during the article submission process;

a) The manuscript of the article is uploaded to the mandatory files section under the "Files" tab to the "Full Text File" cell by the "Action" button.

b) The evaluation version file of the article should be prepared by deleting all the informative data about authors' identities on the main manuscript. And is uploaded to the mandatory files section under the "Files" tab to the "Supporting File" cell by the "Action" button.

c) The "Manuscript Info and Refree Suggestion Form" should be filled and at least two refree should be suggested by the authors. The form then is uploaded to the mandatory files section under the "Files" tab to the "Cover Letter" cell by the "Action" button.

d) The commitment file of the article which must be filled and signed by all authors is uploaded to the mandatory files section under the "Files" tab to the "Copyright Form" cell by the "Action" button.

e) The similarity report of the article created with iThenticate or Turnitin programs is uploaded to the "Similarity Report" cell in the mandatory files section under the "Files" tab with the "Action" button.

Any other additional files related with the article could be added to the "Upload Supplementary File" button.

4) In the “Additional Information” tab, if there is any the information that needs to be added (Supporting Institution, Project Number, Acknowledgment, etc.) it is added, and proceeds to the next step.

5) The accuracy of the information added in the “Preview” tab (1. Article Metadata, 2. Authors, 3. Files and 4. Additional Information) is checked by clicking the relevant blocks. The following, “I declare that it complies with the above substances.” the check box at the beginning of the article is checked, and then “Notes to the Editor” section could be is filled (optional), and the article is sent to the journal by clicking the “Submit” button.
