Adaptation of health and work performance questionnaire into Turkish: validity and reliability analysis

Year 2020, - Turkish Economy, 5 - 9, 31.03.2020

Abstract

This study aims to adapt to the Health
and Work Performance Questionnaire into Turkish
and analyze its validity and reliability. A total of 253 white-collars (122
women & 131 men) participated in the study. In data analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor
analysis, and Cronbach alpha coefficients
were used. The results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses
showed that HWPQ comprised of 2 factors, with each evidencing acceptable reliability coefficients.

Sağlık ve iş performası ölçeği’nin Türkçe’ye uyarlanması: güvenilirlik ve geçerlilik analizi

Year 2020, - Turkish Economy, 5 - 9, 31.03.2020

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Sağlık ve İş Performans Ölçeğinin (SİPÖ) Türkçe ’ye
uyarlayarak geçerliliği ve güvenilirliğini sınamaktır. Toplam 253 (122 kadın
& 131 erkek) beyaz yaka çalışana SİPÖ uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde
Açıklayıcı Faktör Analizi, Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi, Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik
katsayısı uygulanmıştır. Açıklayıcı Faktör Analizi ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör
Analizi iki boyutlu modele uyum sağladığını ve kabul edilir geçerliliğe sahip
olduğunu göstermektedir.
