The study used two main data sources: Instructors and students. The quantitative data collected through a questionnaire was analyzed by using descriptive statistics. However, the qualitative data was examined through content-analysis. The results of the program evaluation indicated that although there are some shortcomings of the modular system, it could be continued by modifying the program in order to produce the desired learning outcomes according to the needs of students.
