Biyoseramik Esaslı Kanal Patlarının Tek Kon kanal dolum tekniği ile kombine kullanımının Başarı değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Biyoseramik esaslı kanal patları, biyouyumlulukları ve sızdırmazlık özellikleri sayesinde son yıllarda endodontik tedavilerde önemli bir yer edinmiştir. Bu derlemede, biyoseramik esaslı kök kanal patlarının özellikleri, avantaj ve dezavantajları incelenmiştir. Sonrasında, tek kon tekniği ve biyoseramik esaslı kanal patlarının kombinasyonuyla gerçekleştirilen tedavilerin başarı oranları geniş bir literatür taraması ile değerlendirilmiştir. Tek kon tekniğinin biyoseramik esaslı kanal patları ile kullanımıyla elde edilen klinik sonuçlar ve uzun dönem başarı oranları literatürde önemli yer bulmaktadır. Biyoseramik esaslı kanal patları ve tek kon tekniğiyle yapılan kök kanal tedavisinin yüksek başarı oranına sahip olduğu bildirilmiştir.

Evaluation of the Success of Combining Bioceramic Sealers with Single Cone Obturation Technique

Abstract

Bioceramic sealers have gained significant importance in endodontic treatments in recent years due to their biocompatibility and sealing properties. This review examines the properties, advantages, and disadvantages of bioceramic root canal sealers. Furthermore, the success rates of treatments performed using the combination of the single cone technique and bioceramic sealers are evaluated through an extensive literature review. The clinical outcomes and long-term success rates achieved with the use of the single cone technique combined with bioceramic sealers are well-documented in the literature. It has been reported that root canal treatments using bioceramic sealers and the single cone technique demonstrate high success rates.
