Yıl 2021, Cilt: 4 Sayı: 1, 56 - 65, 29.04.2021

Öz

The aim of this study is to clarify midwifery approaches in improving neonatal health during the Covid-19 pandemicprocess. Based on the existing literature, this review was searchedd on Pubmed, Cochrane and Google Scholarpages with the concepts of “(Covid-19 OR Coronavirüs OR SARS-CoV-2) and (pregnancy OR birth OR postpartum OR newborn)”. The data obtained as a result of the scanning are presented in an interpretative manner. In the Covid-19 pandemic process, midwives especially; with the triage application, the results of determining the risky group, wearing personal protective equipment, obeying the isolation rules, closely monitoring the complications due to Covid-19 and making the necessary intervention were achieved. In line with these results, it is recommended that midwives provide services in line with the guidelines, individualize care and follow-up, use online Technologies, and conduct scientific studies.

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Covid-19 pandemi sürecinde yenidoğan sağlığını geliştirmede ebelik yaklaşımlarına açıklık getirmektir. Bu derleme mevcut literatüre dayalı olarak Pubmed, Cochrane ve Google Scholar sayfaları üzerinden “(Covid-19 OR Coronavirüses OR SARS-CoV-2) and (pregnancy OR birth OR postpartum OR newborn)” kavramları ile tarama yapılmıştır.
