Manuscript Evaluation Process

Following pre-review process handled by Editor or Co-Editor, manuscripts which conform to journal scope and style will be sent to at least two reviewers by the Field Editor. If manuscripts do not comply with the author guideline or are beyond the scope of the journal, those may be rejected without peer review by the Editor or Co-Editor. All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-reviewed process.
