AN EVALUATION ON THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CONCEPTS OF STRENGTH AND POWER

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the differences and relations between the concepts of strength and power.

Generally, in all kinds of sports strength and power training have a great importance in training programs according to needs of that sport kind. For sporting succes to know differences and relationships between these two concepts by both coaches and athletes lead to get wanted benefit.
