CAMPING LIFE WITH EXERCISE PROGRAM AND IT'S RELATION WITH SELF-ESTEEM
Abstract
In this study there were 75 male children aged 7-11 (25 as control and first group didn't participate in camp). 50 subjects participated in camp but 25 of them (group I) didn't take place in morning and afternoon exercise programme. Gungdr's Self-Esteem Inventory was administered to ail children both before and after camp. The results showed significant difference according to the pre and post test self-esteem scores of children.
