THE EFFECTS OF HUMAN AND ENVIRONMENT RELATIONS ON SPORTS CLUB MANAGEMENT
Abstract
Sport clubs, getting more and more common in society planned and established for realizing common purposes of the club and individuals are established with affects by external factors. While organizational activities are performed on behalf of the organization purpose which is one of internal factors to club also affects its enviromet. As a result, behaviors of managers and workers in the club from into the organization climate concerning this, club managers should analyze internal and external environmental factors, understand the organizational attitude and given directions to organization which will serve the organizational aim, success and future. This is a subject requiring information, skill and experience. Therefore in the management of today sport clubs, if it is not possible to establish a good balance between the occupation of the president of the club an aim of the club then it would be good idea to restrict his responsibilities and instead hire a professional manager like most of commercial organization does but still help manager in foundation of financial support.
