THE EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT LEG POSİTİONS ON SPEED OF MOVEMENT OF LEG TACKLE IN WRESTLING

Abstract

The purpose of this study Was to determine the effects of different leg position on speed of movement of leg tackle in wrestling. With this aim 46 school boys and cadet restlers were participated to this study from Çorum and Yozgat Wrestling Centers. Their ages were between 12-15 years. For the test a manequin was hanged and wrestler performed leg tackle action in 3 different positions; attacking leg forward, attacking leg backward and two legs on the centre. The subjects performed each action for three times and the best one for each test was recorded. Diferences between data were analyzed by MANOVA Results showed tliat there was no significant differences between movement times of different leg positions. On the other hand there were statistical diffrence on the speed of movement of leg tackle while attacking leg forward and backward between Yozgat and Çorıun Wrestling Centers for the benefit of free style (P <0.05).

FARKLI AYAK POZİSYONLARININ GÜREŞTE TEK DALMA HAREKET SÜRATİNE ETKİSİ

Öz

Yapılan çalışmanın amacı sağ ve sol ayağın farklı pozisyonlarının güreşte dalma hareket süratine etkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Çalışmaya yaşları 12-15 arasında olan 46 minik ve yıldız güreşçi katıldı. Denekler yukarıdan asılı olan mankene tek dalma lıareketini yaptılar. Hareket zamanı mankenin arkasına ve deneğin boy uzunluğunun üçte bir uzunluğu mesafesinde öne koyulan fotosel ile belirlendi. Denek boy uzunluğunun üçte biri uzaklıktan mankene üç farklı duruş pozisyonunda üçer defa dalış yaptı ve en iyi derece hasaplamada dikkate alındı. Deneklerin farklı pozisyonlardaki dereceleri Çok Yönlü Varyans Analizi Metodu ile (MANOVA) karşılaştırıldı.

Ölçümler sonucunda her üç duruşta da elde edilen veriler arasında ve yaş gruplarına göre herhangi bir farklılık tespit edilmezken Yozgat (Greko - Romen) ve Çorum (Serbest) Güreş Eğitim Merkezi güreşçilerinin hücum ayağı önde ve geri yapılan dalma hareket zamanı değerleri arasında anlamlı farklılık gözlendi serbest stil ağırlıklı çalışan Çorum Güreş Eğitim Merkezi sporcularının daha süratli olduğu belirlendi. ( P < 0.05).
