SPORT SERVICES İN TERMS OF UNDERSTANING OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Abstract
Total Quality Management is a modern management aproach that supplies development in all past of organisation. In this approch, quality has priority in ordero make customers glad. Today quality is seem as superiority in rivalry for this reason service institutions can have priorty by giving more attention to quality that will increase staisfaction level of customers. Sport institution must transfer into the Total Quality Management to produce quality services. This is necessary due to in our country sport institutions are working with traditional methods and for this reasson they are not effective. Sport instituons that appropate this appoach can praduce better quality services by developing vision, mission and values However to be successful of Total Quality Management applications mestly depents on full beliefs support, leadership and full participation of all woskers of upper management.
