Öz
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between children's digital game addiction and bullying cognition. In the research, a relational screening pattern from the quantitative research model was used. The universe of the research; It consists of a total of 650 students, 320 females and 330 males, who are in the 10-14 age group and are studying in the 2019-2020 academic year. In order to collect data in the research, “Digital Game Addiction Scale for Children” developed by Hazar and Hazar in 2017 and “Bullying Cognition Scale for Children” developed in 2015 by Gökkaya and Tekinsav-Sütçü. The data were evaluated in SPSS 24 Package program and independent groups t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson correlation analysis were used in multiple comparisons. As a result; It was observed that there were statistically significant differences in the variables of gender, age, whether or not they did sports, whether they had internet connection or not, where they live, and sports branch variables. It was observed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the total scores of the participants on "digital game addiction" and "bullying cognition".
