A Journey to the Childhood through "Survivor" Village
Abstract
In this study, the view of childhood is examined on the base of “Survivor” village which was established in a village of Şırnak on 22 February 2016 by the children between 8-13 years old. In this framework, the change that has occurred in the definition of childhood has been revealed in the process from the Middle Ages and the Enlightenment until the day. It has been discussed through peer culture how the news about Survivor village in Milliyet, Sabah, Hürriyet newspapers from the national press should be interpreted by the reader.
