Preliminary Work on Rhopalocera and Heterocera Fauna of the Çubuk Districts (Ankara Province, North Turkey)
Abstract
In this paper, diurnal moths and the butterflies, which were collected by author during the field works in in the Çubuk district and in the province of Ankara. In this study 67 lepidopteran species of 15 families were determined. Totally 41 species of butterflies and 26 species of diurnal moths are listed. Both external morphology and male genitals of Olethreutes arcuella (Clerck, 1759) were investigated, the situation of Turkey was also discussed.
