PUBLICATION and RESEARCH ETHICS
Editors of the International Advanced Researches and Engineering Journal (IAREJ) comply with Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the criteria of the International Council of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME)
Authors who submit
papers to IAREJ certify that their manuscripts original and is
not published or under publication consideration elsewhere. In addition,
authors confirm that submitted papers have not been copied or plagiarized, in
whole or in part, from other papers or studies. Authors certify that he or she
does not have potential conflicts of interest or partial benefits associated
with his or her papers.
IAREJ have iThenticate® to prevent plagiarism by Editorial Board. If any manuscript similarity index is 25%, the article will be rejected and the author will be notified.
Ethics committee approval must be obtained separately for clinical and experimental human and animal studies that require a decision, and this approval must be stated and documented.
IAREJ is committed to objective and fair blind peer reviews of submitted papers and the prevention of any actual or potential conflicts of interest between writers and reviewers.
Assuming that the permissions are obtained for studies requiring ethics committee permit, information about the permit must be provided in the article. A copy of the permission must be submitted to editorial manager.
The researches requiring the permission of the Ethical Committee are as follows:
• Any research carried out with qualitative or quantitative approaches that require data collection from participants using survey, interview, focus group work, observation, experiment, interview techniques.
• Use of humans and animals for experimental or other scientific purposes,
• Clinical researches on people,
• Research on animals,
• Retrospective studies in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data.
Also;
In the case reports, it must be stated that the “Informed consent form” has been taken,
Permission must be obtained from the owners for the use of scales, surveys and photographs of others and it must be stated in article that the permission has been obtained.
It must be noted that the copyright regulations are complied with for the intellectual and artistic works used.
It must be stated in the article if an ethical committee permit or legal special permission is necessary. If these permits are required, it should be clearly presented from which institution, on what date and with which decision or number.
If the study requires the use of human and animal subjects, it must be declared that the study was carried out in accordance with international declaration, guidelines etc.
Responsibilities:
Authors
Manuscripts must be the original work of the submitting author.
Submitted manuscripts must be unpublished.
There should be no conflict of interest. Authors must notify the Editors of any conflicts of interest.
Authors should cite all data sources used in the preparation of the manuscript.
All Authors mentioned in the paper must have significantly contributed to the research.
All Authors are responsible from the publication and research ethics are mentioned above.
Reviewers
Manuscripts are reviewed based on the technical and scientific content of the paper as objective.
Reviewers should keep all information regarding papers confidential and treat them as privileged information.
If there is any conflict of interest during the review process, reviewers must send to the editor.
Information that may be a cause for rejection of publication must be sent to the editor.
Reviewers should express their views clearly with supporting comments.

Editors
Editors (Associate Editors or Editor in Chief) have complete responsibility and authority to reject/accept an article.
Manuscripts are reviewed fairly based on the intellectual content of the paper regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, citizenship or political view of the author(s.)
Information pertaining to manuscripts is kept confidential.
Any observed conflict of interest pertaining manuscripts must be disclosed.
Editors should publish corrected pages or make corrections when needed.

The Editorial Board takes responsibility for making publication decisions on submitted manuscripts based on the reviewer’s evaluation of the manuscript, policies of the journal editorial board, and legal efforts to prevent plagiarism, libel, and copyright infringement
