Williams-Beuren syndrome (WBS) is a rare congenital disorder that includes cardiovascular problems, mental retardation, distinctive facial features and dental anomalies. This case report the treatment of a tooth fracture after dental trauma in a 13-year-old male with WBS syndrome. Intraoral clinical examination revealed anterior interdental space and enamel hypoplasia in incisors.
