Adopting open-access publication, the Journal is published two (3) times in a year and accepts the manuscripts only via Dergipark Online System undertaken by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM. It takes at most 2 months to complete the decision-making process regarding the evaluation of a submitted manuscript. The IJEIR accepts manuscripts written in English.
The following 3 documents must be uploaded to the system during article submission. If any of these documents are missing, the article will be REJECTED.

- Copyright Transfer Form
- Similarity Report (Ithenticate / Turnitin- maximum similarity should be 20% excluding references)

The journal doesn’t have Article Processing Charge (APC) or any submission charges.
