Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı, tekstil ve otomotiv yan sanayi işletmelerinde üretim stratejisine dayalı olarak ortaya çıkan üretim performansının işletme performansına etkisinin tespit edilmesidir. Araştırma Türkiye'de faaliyette bulunan tekstil ve otomotiv yan sanayi küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Üretim güçleri olarak isimlendirilen rekabet öncelikleri ve ileri imalat teknolojileri ile işletme stratejisiyle üretim stratejisi arasındaki etkileşimi ifade eden stratejik uyuma dayalı olarak hesaplanan üretim performans endeksi aracılığıyla üretim performansının belirlenerek, üretim performansının işletme performansına etkisi araştırılmıştır.
