Hidir Selcuk Nogay (Senior Member, IEEE) received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Education from Kocaeli and Marmara Universities between 1999 and 2008. He became a Full Professor in 2017 and currently serves at Bursa Uludağ University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. His research interests include artificial intelligence in power systems, deep learning-based anomaly detection, and sustainable energy modeling. Dr. Noğay has published extensively and holds U.S. equivalency certification for his degrees as equivalent to Electrical Engineering
