Öz

Bu çalışmada, kameradan gelen görüntüyü işleyerek, hareketli hedeflerin
yörüngesini tespit eden bir yazılım geliştirilmiştir. Bu algoritma, hedeflerin
gelecekteki hareketlerinin tahmininde kullanılmıştır. Sistem kodları Visual
Basic ortamında geliştirilmiştir.
