It has been determined that there are postgraduate studies on climate change from different academic disciplines. One of the disciplines in question is architecture. However, it is noteworthy that the number of postgraduate studies on climate change in the discipline of architecture is low in number. The aim of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis of postgraduate studies on climate change in the field of architectural research. Within the scope of the article, 13 questions were determined and postgraduate studies on climate change in the field of architecture research registered in the National Thesis Center (YÖKTEZ) database were scanned between 1 September and 15 October 2023. As a result of the screening, 1803 studies in different disciplines were found. Only 94 of these studies were conducted in the field of Architecture research. 76 master's and 18 doctoral studies written between 2005 and 2022 were accessed and analyzed. While 93 of the 94 postgraduate studies in total are accessible from the YÖKTEZ database; One study can be accessed via TÜBESS. When we look at the distribution of postgraduate studies by years, we see an increase in the number of studies since 1995. 22 postgraduate studies prepared in 2022 constitute 23% of the total study. It is possible to interpret this situation as awareness of climate change has increased over the years and is reflected in academic studies. When we look at all the studies on climate change, it is noteworthy that the number of studies in the field of architectural research is low in number. It is thought that this bibliometric analysis study will lead to a focus on climate change in the field of architecture in the future. Although 76 (81%) of the postgraduate studies prepared were prepared as master's degrees, it was determined that the number of doctoral studies was less (18). In this context, there is a need to increase doctoral studies on climate change in the field of architectural research. It was determined that 68% (64) of the studies were prepared in Turkish, 38% (35) of the consultant titles were Associate Professor, and 72% (68) were managed by female consultants. In addition, 26% more studies (24) were conducted at Istanbul Technical University, the studies were generally (78%) in the Institute of Science and Technology, 84% in the Department of Architecture, 43% in the Department of Architecture, 71% by female authors, and 61% by female authors. It has been determined that it was prepared in the range of 101-200 pages. When looking at the keywords used in postgraduate studies, it was determined that 1 study could not be accessed, while in the 24 studies that were accessed, a total of 274 keywords were used in the remaining 69 studies where there were no keywords, and the term "climate change" was used 13 times and the term "sustainability" was used 11 times. It is aimed that this study will be a resource for increasing postgraduate studies on climate change, especially in the discipline of architecture.

Günümüzde iklim değişikliğinden kaynaklanan olumsuz sonuçlar birçok alanda kendini somut olarak göstermektedir. Akademik anlamda farklı disiplinler tarafından iklim değişikliğiyle ilgili lisansüstü çalışmaların olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Söz konusu disiplinlerden biri de mimarlıktır. Ancak mimarlık disiplini özelinde iklim değişikliği ile ilgili yapılan lisansüstü çalışmaların sayı olarak azlığı dikkat çekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı mimarlık araştırma alanında iklim değişikliği konulu lisansüstü çalışmaların bibliyometrik analizini yapmaktır. Makale kapsamında 13 adet soru belirlenmiş ve Ulusal Tez Merkezi (YÖKTEZ) veri tabanına kayıtlı mimarlık araştırma alanında iklim değişikliği konulu lisansüstü çalışmalar 1 Eylül-15 Ekim 2023 tarihleri arasında taranmıştır. Yapılan tarama sonucunda farklı disiplinlerde olan 1803 adet çalışmaya ulaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmaların ise sadece 94 adedi Mimarlık araştırma alanında yapılmıştır. Yapılan tarama sonucu elde edilen bulgular en fazla lisansüstü çalışmanın 2022 yılında üretildiği, İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi’nde hazırlandığı, yüksek lisans türünde ve Türkçe olarak yayımlandığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmanın özellikle mimarlık disiplininde iklim değişikliği özelinde üretilen lisansüstü çalışmaların artırılmasına kaynak olması hedeflenmektedir.
