The Journal of Pharmaceutical Technology (JPharmTech) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing original research and review articles on the design, formulation, characterization, quality and performance of medicinal products, including drug delivery systems, biopharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics and pharmaceutical analysis.

JPharmTech follows a continuous publication model: articles are published online as soon as they are accepted and finalized, without waiting for an issue. All articles are freely available immediately upon publication under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), and authors retain the copyright of their work. There are no submission, processing or publication fees.

Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through Crossref, and published content is preserved through the LOCKSS system. The journal follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).

Manuscripts must not have been previously published or be under consideration elsewhere. Submissions are made online through DergiPark.

JPharmTech moves to continuous publication

As of October 2026, the Journal of Pharmaceutical Technology (JPharmTech) has adopted a continuous publication model. Accepted articles will now be published online with their final citation details as soon as they are finalized, without waiting for the completion of an issue.

The journal is currently undergoing a renewal process, which includes updated aims and scope, revised author guidelines, a new author template and an updated editorial workflow. During this period, manuscripts already in the review or production process will continue to be handled without interruption, and authors will be contacted individually where any action is required.

We thank all our authors, reviewers and readers for their continued support.
