Mantar Yönetim Tarzının Bilgi Paylaşımı Üzerine Etkisi: Tematik Analiz

Öz

Bu çalışma ile Spor bilimleri fakültelerinde görev yapan akademisyenlerin Mantar Yönetim Tarzının Bilgi Paylaşımı Üzerine Etkisi tamatik analiz yöntemiyle incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada Mantar Yönetim Tarzı ve Bilgi Paylaşımı konusunda gerçekçi bir bakış açısı sunmayı hedeflemektedir. Araştırma evreni spor bilimleri fakültelerinde görev yapan akademisyenlerdir. Araştırmada, çalışma grubunun belirlenmesinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden, ölçüte dayalı örnekleme tekniği dikkate alınmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubundaki katılımcılar, her bir unvan (doktor, doçent, profesör) kurum düzeyinden seçilen eğitimcilerdir (öğretim elemanları). Nitel veri toplama tekniği ele alınan bu araştırmada, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak geliştirilen görüşme formuna uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda son hali verilmiştir. Bu çalışmada spor bilimleri fakültelerinde organizasyondaki bilgi akışının engellenmesinin, güven eksikliklerinin ve iletişim kopukluklarının akademik üretkenlik üzerinde olumsuz etkiler yarattığını göstermektedir. Ayrıca, bilgi paylaşımındaki eşitsizlikler, takım ruhunu zayıflatmakta ve çalışanlar arasında adalet duygusunu zedelemektedir. Bu durumlar, organizasyonda verimliliği düşürmekte ve çalışan motivasyonunu olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Stratejik öneriler ise daha şeffaf bilgi paylaşımı, yatay iletişim, performans değerlendirme sistemlerine bilgi paylaşımını dahil etme ve mentorluk sistemlerinin güçlendirilmesi gerektiğini vurgulamaktadır.

The Impact of Mushroom Management Style on Knowledge Sharing: A Thematic Analysis

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of the Mushroom Management Style on information sharing among academic staff working in sports science faculties, using thematic analysis. The study seeks to provide a realistic perspective on the Mushroom Management Style and information sharing. The research population consists of academic staff working in sports science faculties. In selecting the study group, purposive sampling methods, specifically criterion-based sampling, were employed. The participants of the study group were selected from various academic ranks (Doctor, Associate Professor, Professor) at different institutional levels. In this qualitative study, semi-structured interviews were used as the data collection technique. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers, which was finalized based on expert opinions. The findings of this study indicate that the blockage of information flow, lack of trust, and communication breakdowns in sports science faculties have a negative impact on academic productivity. Furthermore, inequalities in information sharing weaken team spirit and undermine the sense of fairness among employees. These factors contribute to decreased organizational productivity and negatively affect employee motivation. Strategic recommendations emphasize the need for more transparent information sharing, horizontal communication, inclusion of information sharing criteria in performance evaluation systems, and strengthening mentorship systems.
