Intrabdominal abscess caused by trauma in a child patient with bicycle injury concurrent acute appandicitis: An unusual presentation

Öz

Abdominal abscesses are caused by bacteria that enter the abdomen, usually as a result of penetrating trauma, bowel rupture, or intra-abdominal surgery. Intra-abdominal abscesses can develop when the abdominal cavity or an organ in the abdomen is somehow compromised and bacteria can enter. Such conditions include appendicitis, bowel rupture, penetrating trauma, surgery, and Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Depending on where the abdominal abscess is located, additional causes may be to blame. Acute appendicitis is a common acute abdomen that requires emergency surgery. It is believed that obstruction of the lumen of the appendix is necessary for inflammation, gangrenous changes, and perforation in the appendix. Here, we wanted to present the unusual association of intraabdominal abscess involving the abdominal wall after trauma and acute appendicitis.

Öz

Karın içi apselere, genellikle penetran travma, bağırsak yırtılması veya karın içi ameliyatı sonucu karın içine giren bakteriler neden olur. Karın içindeki apseler karın boşluğu veya karın içindeki bir organ bir şekilde tehlikeye girdiğinde ve bakteriler girebildiğinde gelişebilir. Bu tür durumlar arasında apandisit , bağırsak yırtılması, penetran travma, ameliyat ve Crohn hastalığı veya ülseratif kolit yer alır. Abdominal apsenin bulunduğu yere bağlı olarak, ek nedenler suçlanabilir. Akut apandisit yaygın karşılaşılan ve acil cerrahi gerektiren akut batın tablosudur. Apendikste inflamasyon, gangrenöz değişiklikler ve perforasyon için apendiks lümeninin obstrüksiyonunun gerekli olduğuna inanılmaktadır.Burada nadir görülen travma sonrası karın duvarını da içine alan intraabdominal apse ve akut apandisit birlikteliğini sunmak istedik.
