Corporative culture or ethic rules are effective mechanism for sustainability. The article describes fifteen years of practice Medical Center of the State Medical Academy. Prin-ciple of the feedback formation as a tool of optimization of the management and the arranging of work of the physicians, office staffs, administration are demonstrated on specific examples here. Conflict prevention is result of the strong rules keeping.

Стратегическое планирование организации нацелено на получение ожидаемого резуль-тата. Рассчитываются человеческие и материальные ресурсы. Устанавливаются конкретные временные рамки ежедневной деятельности. Модель управления испытывалась на всех со-трудниках организации, должна была пройти проверку временем и показать свою эффектив-ность. Модель корпоративной культуры или этические правила – это эффективный механизм управления для обеспечения устойчивости организации. Принцип формирования обратной связи в качестве инструмента оптимизации менеджмента и организации работы врачей, офисных сотрудников, администрации демонстрируется на конкретных примерах. Предот-вращение конфликтов является результатом строгих правил учета.
