Nadir bir vaka: bilateral çift orta konka

Year 2014, Volume: 21 Issue: 1, 20 - 22, 12.03.2014

Abstract

A rarely case with bilateral double middle chonca

Year 2014, Volume: 21 Issue: 1, 20 - 22, 12.03.2014

Abstract

A rarely case with bilateral double middle choncaA 34-year-old female with bilateral double middle turbinates was presented by a rare case. As an interestingand a rare case, double middle turbinate may be a cause of allergic rhinitis symptoms. Endoscopic sinusexamination and coronal CT reveals turbinates and lateral nasal wall anomalies. We believe that detailedknowledge of anatomical anomalies in the sinonasal tract is critical for successful clinical management andimportant in allowing the surgeon to perform safe functional endoscopic sinus surgery and not to performneedless surgery to ostiomeatal complex
