ALVEOLER YARIK ONARIMINDA TERSİYER GREFTLEMENİN VOLÜMETRİK ANALİZ YÖNTEMİYLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Öz

Amaç:
Bu
çalışmanın amacı, alveoler yarık onarımında anterior iliak krestten alınan kortikokansellöz
kemik greftiyle tersiyer greftlemenin volümetrik analiz yöntemiyle
değerlendirilmesidir. Gereç ve yöntem: Bu
çalışmada; 7’sinde tek taraflı, 4’ünde çift taraflı alveol yarığı bulunan 11
hastanın anterior iliak krestten alınan kortikokansellöz kemik greftiyle
tedavisi yapıldı. Hastaların hepsinde tersiyer greftleme yapıldı. Preoperatif
ve postoperatif 6 ay sonunda konik ışınlı bilgisayarlı tomografi alındı.
Preoperatif alveoler yarık hacmi ve postoperatif elde edilen yeni kemik hacmi Mimics
yazılımı kullanılarak volümetrik olarak hesaplandı. Bulgular: Preoperatif alveoler yarık hacmi 0.83-2.15 cm3
(ortalama 1.16±0.38 cm3), postoperatif elde edilen yeni kemik hacmi %63.49-%75.84
(ortalama %70.12±%4.76) olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Alveoler yarık onarımında tersiyer greftleme postoperatif
elde edilen yeni kemik hacmi açısından başarı bulunmuştur.
