THE INVESTIGATION THERMODYNAMICAL PROPERTIES OF CARNOSIC ACID AND CARNASOL IN ROSEMARY (ROSMARINUSOFFICINALIS) BY USING HF (HARTRE-FOCK) AS THEORETICAL

Öz

The antioxidants effects of Carnasol and Carnosic acid from Rosemary are calculated as theoretical by using HF;The result of the calculation obtained,Carnosic acid is more satable and eager to give reaction then carnasol.
