ACİL SERVİSTE PSÖDOANEVRİZMA YÖNETİMİ: OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract

Göğüs ağrısı acil servis başvuru nedenleri arasında en önde gelen şikayetler arasında olup geniş bir ayırıcı tanı yelpazesine sahiptir. Tanısal yaklaşım yapılan kapsamlı bir klinik değerlendirmeye dayansa da, kimi zaman tanı koymak son derece zordur. Bu yazımızda göğüs ağrısının nadir nedenlerinden birisi olan pseudoanevrizma olgusunun literatür eşliğinde gözden geçirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

PSEUDOANEURYSM MANAGEMENT IN THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT: A CASE REPORT

Abstract

Chest pain is among the leading complaints among the reasons for admission to the emergency department and has a wide range of differential diagnosis. Although the diagnostic approach is based on a comprehensive clinical evaluation, it is sometimes extremely difficult to diagnose. In this article, we aimed to review a case of pseudoaneurysm, which is one of the rare causes of chest pain, in the light of the literature.
