Mide Yerleşimli İnflamatuar Fibroid Polip: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

ÖZET:

İnflamatuar fibroid polip (İFP) gastrointestinal sistemin nadir görülen benign lezyonudur. En sık mide antrumunda lokalizedir. Lezyon tüm yaş gruplarında görülmekle birlikte 6. ve 7. dekatta sıklığı artmaktadır. Çoğu vaka asemptomatiktir ve endoskopik olarak tespit edilir. Bu makalede 74 yaşında erkek hastada endoskopik olarak saptanan inflamatuar fibroid polip olgusu sunuldu.

ABSTRACT:

Inflammatory fibroid polyp (IFP) is a rare benign lesion of the gastrointestinal tract. IFP is most frequently located in the gastric antrum. Lesions can be found in all age groups but peak incidence is in the sixth and seven decades. In most cases, it is asymptomatic and it can be excised endoscopically. In this case, we presented 74-year-old male patient with a inflammatory fibroid polyp which excited in endoscopic examination.
