Abstract
Hemofili B; faktör IX eksikliğinde veya yokluğunda gelişen
yaşamı tehdit edici kanamalara yol açan bir hastalıktır. Klinik bulgular yaş
ilerledikçe, özellikle
bebekler emeklemeye veya yürümeye başladığında ortaya çıkmaktadır.
İntrakraniyal bölge bu
hastalık tablosu için en tehlikeli bölgelerden
biridir. Bu yazıda intrakraniyal kanama geçiren Hemofili B olgusu sunmaktayız.
