Pediatrik Popülasyonda Nadir Bir Karın Ağrısı Nedeni Akut Pankreatit: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Karın ağrısı şikayeti çocukluk çağında poliklinik ve acil servis başvurularının en sık nedenlerinden biri olup pankreasla ilgili patolojiler nadir olarak gözükmektedir. Pankreas hasarı, diyabet, apseleşme, psödokist, sepsis ve nekroz gibi çok önemli komplikasyonları olması nedeniyle akut pankreatitin karın ağrısı ile başvuran hastalarda ayırıcı tanıda yer alması çok önemlidir. Bu olguda karın ağrısı şikayeti ile acil servise başvuran ve akut pankreatit tanısı alan hasta sunulmuştur.

A Rare Cause of Abdominal Pain in Pediatric Population Acute Pancreatitis: A Case Report

Abstract

Abdominal pain is one of the most common causes of outpatient clinic and emergency room admissions in childhood, and pancreatic pathologies are rare. It is very important to include acute pancreatitis in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with abdominal pain, since it has very important complications such as pancreatic damage, diabetes, abscess, pseudocyst, sepsis and necrosis. In this case, a patient who was admitted to the emergency department with abdominal pain and diagnosed with acute pancreatitis is presented.
