Abstract

Abstract The relationship between the immune system and nutritional elements such as carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, vitamins and trace elements is important.It is known that nutritional elements are necessary for the proper functioning of the immune system.At the same time, the presence of immune function is necessary for proper nutrition.In this review, it is aimed to evaluate the relationship between nutrients and nutrition patterns and the immune system.

Beslenme ve Bağışıklık Sistemi

Abstract

İmmün sistem ve beslenme öğeleri olan karbonhidrat, protein, lipitler, vitaminler, eser elementler arasında ki ilişki önemlidir. Beslenme öğelerinin immün sistem fonksiyonlarının düzgün çalışması için gerekli olduğu bilinmektedir. Aynı zamanda immün fonksiyonun varlığı da düzgün beslenme için gereklidir. Bu derleme de besin öğeleri ve beslenme paternleri ile bağışıklık sistemi ilişkisinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
