Nohut (Cicer arietinum L.)’da Bi̇tki̇de Tane Veri̇mi̇ ile Bazı Bi̇tki̇sel Özelli̇kler Arasındaki̇ İli̇şki̇leri̇n Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma nohutta bitkide tane verimi ile diğer bitkisel özellikler arasındaki ilişkileri ve yüksek verimli bitki tipini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Tarla
denemeleri 2007-2008 yılları vejetasyon döneminde, “Tesadüf Blokları Deneme Deseninde” üç tekerrürlü olarak Tokat ekolojik şartlarında yürütülmüştür.
Çalışmada bitkisel materyal olarak 29 adet yeni nohut hattı ile bir adet tescilli çeşit (Gökçe) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada bitki boyu, ilk bakla yüksekliği, ana
dal sayısı, bitkide bakla sayısı, bitkide tane sayısı, biyolojik verim, bitkide tane verimi, hasat indeksi ve 100 tane ağırlığı özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bitkide
tane verimi ile biyolojik verim (0.961**), bitkide tane sayısı (0.937**), bitkide bakla sayısı (0.924**), hasat indeksi (0.696**), bitki boyu (0.526**) ve 100
tane ağırlığı (0.257**) arasında olumlu-önemli, ilk bakla yüksekliği (-0.110), ana dal sayısı (-0.061) arasında ise olumsuz-önemsiz ilişkiler saptanmıştır. Path
analizi sonuçlarına göre de en yüksek pozitif doğrudan etkiler biyolojik verim (%65.11) ile hasat indeksinde (%30.51) belirlenmiştir. Diğer özellikler tane
verimi oluşumunda en yüksek dolaylı etkilerini biyolojik verim ile hasat indeksi üzerinden yapmışlardır. Bu sonuçlara göre, nohutta yüksek verimli bitki
tipleri belirlenirken seleksiyon kriteri olarak biyolojik verim ve hasat indeksinin dikkate alınması uygun olacaktır.

Determining The Interactions Between Seed Yield And Some Plant Characteristics Of Chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.)

Abstract

This study was carried out to determine the relation between seed yield and some other plant characters and chickpea genotype with high yield. Field study was carried out during 2007-2008 growing periods. The experiment was designed in randomized complete blocks design with 3 replications under Tokat ecological conditions. In this study 29 chickpea genotype and one commercial cultivar (Gokce) was used. Plant height, first pod height, numbers of main branches, seed yield per plant, biological yield, number of seeds per plant, number of pods per plant, harvest index, and 100-seed weight were determined. There were significant and positive relationships among seed yield and biological yield (0.961**), number of seed per plant (0.937**), number of pods per plant (0.924**), harvest index (0.696**), plant height (0.526**) ve 100-seed weight (0.257**). However, relationship between first pod height (-0.110) and number of main branches (-0.061) was negative and insignificant. Path coefficient analyses indicated that biological (65.11%) and harvest indexs (30.51%) had a positive direct effect on seed yield in chickpea. Rest of the plant characters had indirect positive affects on seed yield via biological yield and harvest index. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that biological yield and harvest index should be considered as significant selection criteria in chickpea breeding for selection of high yielding chickpea genotypes
