Bazı Bitki Büyüme Düzenleyicilerinin Farklı Orijinli Kayın (Fagus orientalis Lipsky.) Tohumlarının In Vitro Çimlenmeleri Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışma farklı orijinli doğu kayını (Fagus orientalis Lipsky.) tohumları kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada %3 sakkaroz ilave
edilmiş ve % 0.8 agar ile katılaştırılmış Murashige Skoog (MS) besin ortamı olarak kullanılmıştır. Besin ortamı içerisine 2 mg/L BAP, 2
mg/L Zeatin, 2 mg/L Kinetin, 2 mg/L Giberellik asit, 2 mg/L 2,4-D, 2 mg/L IAA, 2 mg/L IBA, 2 mg/L NAA, 2 mg/L Thidiazuron hormonları
ilave edilerek bu hormonların farklı orijine sahip kayın tohumlarının in vitro çimlenmeleri üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda
in vitro çimlenme üzerine en etkili hormonun 2 mg/L Giberellik asit; en az etkili hormonların ise oksin grubu ( 2 mg/L 2,4-D, 2 mg/L
IAA, 2 mg/L IBA, 2mg/L NAA) hormonlar olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

This study was carried out using seeds of different origins oriental beech. In this study Murashige Skoog (MS) was used culture medium supplemented with 3% sucrose and solidified with 0.8% agar. 2 mg/L BAP, 2 mg/L Zeatin, 2 mg/L Kinetin, 2 mg/L Gibberellic acid, 2 mg/L 2,4-D, 2 mg/L IAA, 2 mg/L IBA, 2 mg/L NAA, 2 mg/L Thidiazuron was added into Murashige Skoog (MS) medium and effects of these hormones on in vitro germination of different origins beechs seeds were investigated. As a research result 2 mg/L Gibberellic acit; the most effective hormone and auxin group hormenes ( 2 mg/L 2,4-D, 2 mg/L IAA, 2 mg/L IBA, 2 mg/L NAA) as the least effective hormones were determined on in vitro germination
