Yemeklik Yağ Kalitesi Yüksek Keten (L. usitatissimum L.) Çeşitlerinin Islahı Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu araştırma; yemeklik yağ kalitesi yüksek keten çeşitlerini geliştirmek amacıyla Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Tarla
Bitkileri Bölümünde 2010–2011 yılında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada 5 farklı kombinasyonda (WxA, WxY, WxM, WxN, WxB) yer alan 31
keten hattının yağ asitleri kompozisyonu belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucu yemeklik yağ kalitesi bakımından önem arz eden linolenik asit
içeriği dikkate alındığında; WxN kombinasyonunda yer alan bir hattın % 10’dan (% 9.44) daha düşük linolenik asit oranına sahip olduğu
tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak mevcut gen havuzunun yemeklik yağ kalitesi yüksek çeşitlerin geliştirilebilmesi amacıyla kullanılabileceği
kanaatine varılmıştır

A Research on Breeding of High Edible Oil Quality Linseed (L. usitatissimum L.) Lines

Abstract

This research was carried out to breeding of high edible oil contented linseed varieties at the University of Ondokuz Mayıs, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Agronomy, during 2010–2011 seasonal year. In this research, 31 different linseed lines which were formed 5 (WxA, WxY, WxM, WxN, WxB) combinations were used. This research indicated that only one line (IP is 1) belong to WxN combination contented less than 10% (9,44%) of linolenic acid content. According to result of the fatty acid analysis of present gene pole, this gene pole can be use to breeding high edible oil quality contented linseed varieties
