EPIDERMOLYSIS BULLOSA ASSOCIATED WITH ESOPHAGEAL ATRESIA AND CLEFT LIP AND PALATE

Öz

Epidermolysis bullosa associated with esophageal atresia cases are rarely seen. However epidermolysis bullosa associated with esophageal atresia and cleft lip and palate had not been reported previously in the English-language literature. In this paper the case, that was operated for esophageal atresia, who also has epidermolysis bullosa and cleft lip and palate. Difficulties in diagnosis in case with esophageal atresia, cleft lip and palate were evaluated

Epidermolizis Bullosa, Özofagus Atrezisi, Yarık Damak ve Dudak Birlikteliği

Öz

Epidermolizis bullosa, özofagus atrezisi birlikteliği oldukça ender görülür. Literatürde, epidermolizis bullosa, özofagus atrezisi ile beraber yarık damak ve dudak birlikteliği ise bildirilmemiştir. Bu yazıda, özofagus atrezisi nedeniyle opere edilen ve beraberinde epidermolizis bullosa, yarık damak ve dudak bulunan olgumuz ve özofagus atrezisi olan bir hastada beraberinde yarık damak ve dudak bulunmasının tanı koymada yarattığı güçlük değerlendirilmiştir.
