ÖĞRETMENLERİN ÖĞRENİLMİŞ GÜÇLÜLÜKLERİNİN KAYNAK VE SONUÇLARINA İLİŞKİN BİR MODEL ÖNERİSİ

Öz

Amaç-Tokat il merkezindeki ortaöğretim kurumlarında çalışan
öğretmenlerin öğrenilmiş güçlülüğünün; rol stresörleri, duygusal zeka, müşteri
odaklılık ve iş çıktıları ile ilişkisini belirlemektir.
Metodoloji-Kolayda örnekleme ile belirlenen 17 lisede 223 öğretmene
anket uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılmıştır.
Bulgular- Duygusal zeka ve rol belirsizliği öğrenilmiş güçlülüğü;
öğrenilmiş güçlülük ve duygusal zeka müşteri odaklılığı; rol belirsizliği ve
müşteri odaklılık iş tatminini; rol belirsizliği işten ayrılma niyetini
yordamaktadır. Müşteri odaklılık değişkeni, öğrenilmiş güçlülük ve iş tatmini
ilişkisine tam aracılık; öğrenilmiş güçlülük değişkeni, duygusal zeka ve müşteri
odaklılık ilişkisine kısmi aracılık etmektedir.
Katkı- Araştırmanın, öğrenilmiş güçlülüğü yordayan değişkenlerin ve
rol stresörleri, öğrenilmiş güçlülük, müşteri odaklılık ve iş çıktıları arasındaki
ilişkilerin belirlenmesi ile yerli literatürdeki boşluğun doldurulmasına katkı
sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
