KORONER ARTER HASTALIĞI TANISI İLE İZLENEN BİREYIN OREM’İN ÖZ BAKIM YETERSİZLİK KURAMI’NA GÖRE BAKIMI (OLGU SUNUMU)

Öz

Morbidite ve mortalitenin yüksek olması,
üretken yaş grubunda daha sık görülmesi, maliyetin yüksek olması ve
gelişebilecek komplikasyonlardan dolayı KAH önemli bir sağlık sorunudur.  Sağlığın korunması, geliştirilmesi,
hastalıkların önlenmesi, sağlığın yeniden kazanılması ve baş etmeyi
kolaylaştırmada sağlıklı/ hasta birey, aile ve topluma yardım etmede hemşire
oldukça önemli role sahiptir. Orem’e
göre hemşirelik, yardım veya rehberliğe gereksinimi olan kişilere bilimsel
bilgi doğrultusunda hemşireler tarafından verilen hizmettir.  Bu doğrultuda Orem’in Öz
Bakım Yetersizlik Kuramı temel alınarak, miyokart infarktüsü tanısı ile koroner
yoğun bakım ünitesine yatırılan 46 yaşında bayan hasta değerlendirilmiş ve
hemşirelik bakımı gerçekleştirilmiştir.
