CROHN HASTALIĞININ ETİYOLOJİSİNDE MYCOBACTERIUM PARATUBERCULOSIS (MYCOBACTERIUM AVIUM SBSP. PARATUBERCULOSIS)’İN ROLÜ VE BESİNLERLE BULAŞMA RİSKİ

Year 2004, Volume: 13 Issue: 3, 8 - 14, 01.12.2004

Abstract

The Role of Mycobacterium Paratuberculosis (Mycobacterium avium sbsp. paratuberculosis) in the Etiology of Crohn’s Disease and Infection Risk Via Food

Year 2004, Volume: 13 Issue: 3, 8 - 14, 01.12.2004

Abstract

In the etiology of Crohn’s disease of Mycobacterium paratuberculosis (Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratubercolosis) has being determined by bacterial culture, PCR and immunological methods. Presence in the etiology of Crohn’s disease has not been confirmed yet, but it has been accepted a human pathogen. Because of the existence in raw and pasteurized milk and higher survival rate than the other pathogens to pasteurization temperature, contamination risk is very high via food produced from infected animals
